Initiating a Return:

To start your return process, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We require that you provide us with your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return.

Return Eligibility:

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We will issue a replacement or refund if your order arrives damaged or broken. Customers who purchase route package protection will also be covered for lost items.

Return Processing Time:

Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to receive and process. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us or the seller at your own expense.

For items exceeding $500 in value, it is crucial to inspect the product for damages upon arrival. Failure to do so will exempt StarRecipe and its sellers from any liability for damages. If you find the product damaged upon arrival and have not purchased Route Package Protection, you must file a claim and provide us with the claim number.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or as a gift certificate. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to post to your payment account. Gift certificates may take 48 hours to arrive in your inbox, while postal gift certificates usually deliver within 2-6 business days.

Refunds are issued only for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping.

Ineligible Returns:

We regret that certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom, handmade, dropship, elderly, health care, bed, and bath orders are final once submitted with no exceptions.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return or refund.
Return refunds can be issued back to the original PayPal transaction within 30 days of purchase. If the PayPal transaction exceeds 12 months, a check will be issued to the purchaser. If the original payment card is canceled, expired, or closed, a check will be issued to the purchaser.

Fraudulent or Abusive Returns:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that we suspect to be fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive. No returns will be granted in such cases.

Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs:

Return Shipping Costs: If you decide to return an item because it is no longer needed or wanted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to the seller's designated return address.

Restocking Fee: For returns not related to product defects or inaccuracies in the item description, a restocking fee of 30% may apply. This fee covers the processing, handling, and restocking of the returned item.

Original Shipping Costs: Initial shipping costs borne by the sellers will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Additional Fees: Any additional costs incurred during the return process, such as customs fees, insurance, and other related expenses, are the buyer's responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
