How to Request a Return:

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the request. We may ask for photos if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we may be unable to approve a return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

Customers who purchased package protection may also be covered for eligible lost or damaged shipments, subject to the terms of that protection service.

Return Approval and Processing:

Return requests are typically reviewed within 1-3 business days.

Once a return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email. In cases where the return is due to a damaged item, defective item, or an incorrect item sent by us or the seller, the customer will not be charged a restocking fee.

For returns requested for personal reasons, such as no longer wanting the item, ordering by mistake, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

Return Processing Time:

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever possible.

If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, canceled, or otherwise cannot receive the refund, we may issue the refund through an alternative method, such as store credit or another approved refund method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item received.

Any customs charges, insurance fees, or additional return-related costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable, unless the return is due to our error or the seller's error.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Handmade items made specifically to order
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Health, personal care, bed, and bath items where return is restricted for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Certain dropship items may also be non-returnable, depending on the seller's return terms. Where this applies, it will be stated on the product page or communicated during the return review process.

High-Value Items:

For items valued above $500, customers should inspect the package and product carefully upon delivery and report any visible damage as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt.

Failure to report visible damage within a reasonable time may affect claim eligibility with the carrier, seller, or package protection provider.

Fraudulent or Abusive Returns:

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, excessively repetitive, or inconsistent with this policy.
